Sharon Hill, author/speaker and often referred to as The Prayer Coach & Mentor, has spent more than 30 years training, mentoring, and ministering to individuals and venues of all sizes. Because of the power of "intentional prayer" and discovering victory through years of heartache, her heartfelt presentations, transparency, and real life experiences empower men and women of all generations to discover inner strength and an effective prayer life.

With a passion to invest in the lives of others, she has a corporate background as president of an international marketing company where she trained thousands of men and women. She also excelled in sales and management for a Fortune 500 Company. Sharon now uses her expertise in full time Christian ministry and speaking at events, retreats, and conferences. Sharon consults with churches and ministries to coach and help organize effective prayer ministries. She has a heart to serve God and teach others how to pray, form a Prayer Shield, and rely on God for every circumstance in their life.

In the year 2000 Sharon Hill organized and established a prayer ministry at her church to include more than 400 prayer warriors who prayed 24/7. She also served ten years on her church pastoral staff as Women's Minister and Connections Pastor.

In 2007, Sharon founded a ministry to speak about OnCall Prayer™ across the country. Through her keynote presentations, workshops, conferences and retreats she teaches people how to transform their lives through prayer

Today, along with leading her own ministry, OnCall Prayer, Sharon serves on the Boards of Directors for Fellowship of Professional Women, MasterMedia Ministries and Christian Women In Media Associates. She is a Presenter for ProvenWay Ministries, A Woman of God Ministries and others.

Sharon believes in the power of prayer with a strong belief that every business person, teacher, homemaker, pastor, missionary, deacon, elder and ministry leader needs the covering of a designated Prayer Shield.

She and her husband Ronnie, a deacon, live in Texas and have four grown children and several grandchildren.
