A Familiar Quote for All Mothers

You may have heard this familiar quote . . . not sure who said it, orginally. . . but isn’t it true?   “A mother is as happy as her saddest child.”

Praying for mothers today as they lay their children (young and old) at the foot of the Cross and intercede on their behalf. When they go through times of difficulty, trials and temptations – for the mother it  sometimes feels like the labor pains never seem to end (no matter the age of their children.)

Praise God that He has every detail of our life and the lives of our children and grandchildren on the Palms of His Hands.  We can be encouraged!

“See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands.” Isaiah 49:16 NLT
